Teacher Applications [Apply Inside]

So, I've decide on two things I want for teachers. Each teacher will teach every level of writer except advanced writers, unless you are accepted as an Advanced Teacher. Advanced teachers are for those whose writing level would be considered on the upper side of intermediate, looking to graduate up, or for advanced writers seeking help. I want each teacher to have a specialty. Whether that specialty is point of view, grammar, post length, fight posts etc, each teacher will need one. Why? Because I want to make sure that people who need help in a certain area will get help from someone who really excels in that area. I don't want anyone thinking that just because they're a good writer, that means they're the best to teach in every situation. There are somethings that people want a specific teacher for. That said, students will be able to choose their teacher unless they are looking for help in another teacher's specialty. Those who want general or all help can choose their teacher.

When applying the criteria I'm looking for is experience, how active you are, specialty, point of view most used, general post length (yes, it matters), as well as what you think would make you a good teacher! Sell yourself to me like it's a job interview! =D There is no general form, just include all of the above, as well as anything else you think I should know!
