personality: He's trained himself to be a peer-pleaser, for that's how he got along in his past. Rarely does he make a deacons on for himself, but always for someone else. He's reserved. He's not shy, but tends to like time to himself when he's not around his family. He's dedicated and hard-working, and will work until he gets what he wants; that being said, he's an honest worker and an honest horse all around. He's got somewhat of a temper though and is usually easily angered and frustrated, especially over little things.

history: He grew up normally in a small herd, running and playing with horses his age. He had good relationships with both of his parents and pretty much anyone in the herd.
But at the age of two, he was kidnapped by a much larger herd. Though this herd wasn't normal. They used their prisoners as slaves - slaves for anything. Some were used to fight, some to babysit, others to guard, and some... Well. Some, like Rafael, were used for pleasure.
He spent years living that life, but eventually he was able to escape when the government of the herd collapsed. He lived a couple months either by himself or wandering with bachelors. That was until he arrived in Illyria.[/font]
