WINGS-{School for the Gifted}

Welcome to Weston Institute for Naturally Gifted Students, an intermediate, literate roleplay that takes place in the fictional modern-day town of Weston, Connecticut. Weston is just like any other town in America - with one major difference. The Weston Institute isn't just a school, it's home to students with amazing powers and abilities that they strive to control. Each student here was discovered after the development of their powers drew attention to the school's officials. Now kids that felt so out of place in their normal lives feel accepted and normal, even when walking past a girl sprouting wings, or a boy calling up a tornado.

Based on their powers, each new student is sorted into one of the six elemental categories: Lights, who control light waves; Breezes, who control air currents; Anis, who have a very special connection with a type of animal; Drops, who control water; Flames, the more hotheaded ones; and Terras, who are literally one with nature. Everyone's power is different, some simple and some incredibly complex - it all depends on the person.
